ASQ Certification Exams
We will have ASQ Certification Exams on Thursday April 3. Registration starts at
6:00 am and exams start at 7:00 am, ending at noon. Crowne Plaza Grand Ballroom.
We will have a networking buffet lunch on Thursday, April 3, from 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm. Crowne Plaza Grand Ballroom.

Conference Opening
Conference opening at 1:30 pm, April 3, with brief comments by the Conference Chair (Stephen Mundwiller), Section Chair (Chris Anderson) and Regional Director (Rob Herhold). Crowne Plaza Grand Ballroom.
Keynote Address
The Keynote Address will be from 1:45 to 2:45 pm. Jim Epstein, President of Intercon Chemical Company will be the Keynote Speaker. Crowne Plaza Grand Ballroom.
Breakout Session 1: Thursday April 3, from 3:00 to 4:00 pm
Breakout Session 2: Thursday April 3, from 4:15 to 5:15 pm
Conference Reception and Section Meeting
We will have a combined Conference Reception and Section Meeting on Thursday evening, April 3. Crowne Plaza Grand Ballroom.

- Opening at 6:00 pm
- We will have a Dinner Keynote, featuring Mike Micklewright as Dr. Deming from 6:05 to 7:15 pm.
